Jamie Koh 是新加坡首家本地微型蒸馏厂的创办人。2017 年她意识到一件事——新加坡还没有属于自己的烈酒。于是她动手开始学习，从德国的蒸馏大师那里取经，试验来自湿巴刹和中药店的本地食材，甚至推动了新加坡第一张蒸馏执照的发放。如今，凭着她的坚持，她的蒸馏厂用东南亚草本植物酿造出具有新加坡特色的琴酒。Jamie 的旅程不仅仅是酿造一款饮品——而是为新加坡带来一种真正有归属感的烈酒。
