We understand that plans can change. Our policies are designed to be fair to all participants while ensuring the smooth operation of our workshops. --- Cancellation Policy: - Partial Refund with Minimum 2 Days' Notice: - If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled workshop. - Cancellations made with this minimum notice are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the workshop fee. - No Refund for Late Cancellations: - Cancellations made less than 2 days (48 hours) before the workshop or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. --- Rescheduling Policy: - One-Time Reschedule Allowed: - Participants are permitted a one-time reschedule of their workshop booking without incurring additional fees. - Advance Notice of 1 Day Required: - To reschedule, please notify us at least 1 day (24 hours) before your scheduled workshop. - Subject to Availability: - Rescheduling is subject to availability in upcoming workshops. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new date. - No Further Rescheduling: - After the one-time reschedule, additional requests to change the date will not be accommodated, and the booking will be considered final. --- How to Cancel or Reschedule: - Please reach out to Seek Sophie Customer Service team. Additional Notes: - Transfer of Booking: - If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person. Please inform us of the new participant's details at least 1 day (24 hours) before the workshop. - Workshop Changes: - The host reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
