Learn to brew perfect V60 coffee with expert roasters!
This is a hands-on V60 coffee brewing workshop, run by an expert roaster with their own organic coffee farm in East Java. Unlike other workshops where you just watch and sip, here you’ll actually brew your own cup, learn how to improve it, and taste the difference instantly. That real-time feedback makes this a brilliant experience whether you’re a coffee nerd or a curious beginner. This is perfect for anyone looking to really understand what goes into a great hand-brewed coffee – from bean origin to the final pour. It's especially great for small groups or teams who want something fun, interactive and a little different. Plus, since it’s guided by someone deeply involved in both growing and roasting coffee, you’ll get a truly farm-to-cup experience. Other workshops focus on theory – this one is all about mastery through doing. You’ll taste as you go, learn how to tweak your brew, and leave with the knowledge to confidently recreate your perfect cup back home. What to Expect Welcome and intro to the V60 brewing method Overview of coffee basics – origins, roasting levels, flavour profiles Grind your own beans using a professional grinder Step-by-step brewing demo and hands-on practice Learn how water ratios, temperature, and pouring impact taste Taste your own brew and compare with others to explore flavour differences Q&A to troubleshoot, clarify, or deep dive into brewing science (Optional) End with a mini coffee challenge and casual chats with other brewers Good to Know Suitable for all levels, from beginners to enthusiasts Designed for small or private groups – great for teams! The workshop lasts around 2 hours All coffee, equipment and tools provided No food or refreshments included, so grab a bite beforehand If your group is over 30 pax, the instructor can come to your location (just add the transport option when booking)

Hey there! I'm Stefanus, a former tea enthusiast turned coffee fanatic. What started as helping a friend sell coffee beans turned into a full-blown passion for me. I love exploring the world of espresso and sharing that joy with others. I'm now running a few coffee ventures, including a farm in East Java called Odelia Organic, where we're building a community around sustainable coffee production. It's challenging balancing everything, but seeing the positive impact we're having makes it all worthwhile. We believe in empowering small farmers and creating a more equitable coffee ecosystem. Come join us!
