Learn to brew perfect V60 coffee with expert roasters!
This is a hands-on V60 coffee brewing workshop, run by an expert roaster with their own organic coffee farm in East Java. Unlike other workshops where you just watch and sip, here you’ll actually brew your own cup, learn how to improve it, and taste the difference instantly. That real-time feedback makes this a brilliant experience whether you’re a coffee nerd or a curious beginner.
This is perfect for anyone looking to really understand what goes into a great hand-brewed coffee – from bean origin to the final pour. It's especially great for small groups or teams who want something fun, interactive and a little different. Plus, since it’s guided by someone deeply involved in both growing and roasting coffee, you’ll get a truly farm-to-cup experience.
Other workshops focus on theory – this one is all about mastery through doing. You’ll taste as you go, learn how to tweak your brew, and leave with the knowledge to confidently recreate your perfect cup back home.

Meet your host
Hey there! I’m Stefanus — a tea lover turned coffee devotee whose journey has taken me from planting seeds in the soil to brewing the perfect cup in your hands. I’m a certified Q Processing Level 2 professional and judge for the Singapore National Barista Championships, but more than that, I’m simply someone who lives and breathes coffee.
What excites me most is the full journey—planting my own trees, handpicking cherries, processing the beans, roasting them myself, then brewing and serving the final cup. My latest pride and joy is an organic Excelsa microlot—one of the rarest coffees in the world, from trees on our farm that have quietly thrived for decades. I personally picked, processed, roasted, and brewed this harvest, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
With my wife Odelia, I run Compound Coffee Co. and Odelia Organic coffee farm. Our vision is simple: coffee that puts family and community above profit. Come join me and the team to build something bigger, rooted in people. Be part of our family, taste the story from seed to cup.
