- CancellationTo secure your spot, your host will turn away other guests. Because of this, cancellations aren't allowed.
- Reschedule PolicyIf you have purchased an Academy class and are unable to attend, you can request a refund up to 14 days before the scheduled time of the class. We are unable to process a refund if it is after this time but you may be able to move the class date to a time that suits you. However no refund will be given on the rescheduled class. Please contact us at training@cmcroasters.com. For travellers or tourists, if their flight is canceled and they need to cancel their session, we require proof of flight cancellation, and we can provide a 100% refund.
