Visiting Lazarus Island

Know before you go

Why go

Lazarus Island is a tiny island just off the coast of Singapore, where you can go for a quick day out or even camp overnight. It's pretty quiet here, the beach is nicer than Sentosa's, and it's just a nice place to visit for the day if you want to get away from the hustle of city life.

What to do or see here

There's little to do here but enjoy the beach (nicer than Sentosa!) & swim, or even camp overnight. Special day? Charter a private yacht for BBQ, water activities, and bring doggo!

Best Time to Go

Skip the rainy season (Dec-March). The island lacks shelter and activities besides swimming and sunbathing.

Who is it for?

Love beaches? Lazarus Island is for you! Nothing much here but sand, sea (nicer than Sentosa!), and a short walking trail. Flat and easy for all ages.

Top Tips

Beware: Sea wasps (box jellyfish) & insects are around Lazarus Island. Swimmers have been stung. Bring bug relief cream, just in case!
