Small and intimate workshop space. Good for small groups. Trainer was knowledgeable and patient. We enjoyed the session a lot. Highly recommend for those who had never tried and take home your creation. They also offer more intensive lessons for those who wish to improve their skills.

Very friendly and experienced chef who is generous with his sharing, not just of the cooking process but also on the ingredients and sources for good ingredients. My husband & I and our 3 guests really enjoyed the Cook & Dine session with Al and learnt very much. Delicious home-cooked food! We are excited to try out the recipes on our own. We will share with friends and family our wonderful experience so they can also enjoy his generous sharing and the hospitality of Al & his wife.

The trainer was patient and helpful. She also engaged us actively while we waited for the rings
