In 2013, he started his cooking school to share authentic Balinese cuisine while also solving a practical challenge—finding a place to sell his organic produce. His school stands out as the only one in Bali with its own organic farm, ensuring every ingredient is fresh and locally grown. Wayan is committed to natural farming methods passed down for generations, supporting his community and preserving Bali’s rich agricultural heritage.
