Once you know how to make your own, you’ll never go back to store-bought as handmade tastes best!Other than learning to make yummy kimchi, you will also explore the science and chemistry behind working with live cultures to make kimchi, understand the benefits of probiotics, as well as learn important tips for achieving a safe and delicious ferment. What is Kimchi?Kimchi, Korea’s national food, is one of the world's favorite fermented foods ever, and it’s crunchy, tangy and umami! It contains its own type of lactic acid bacteria Lactobacillus kimchii, as well as other probiotic bacteria that may benefit digestive health.
