Komodo cruise with comfort, fewer crowds and epic snorkel spots
This 3D2N join-in liveaboard trip on a deluxe-class Phinisi offers a more intimate and peaceful way to explore Komodo National Park—far from the typical busy routes. If you’re someone who avoids the crowds and chases those quiet, wow-this-is-actually-real moments, you’ll love this. While most Komodo boats follow the same overcrowded tracks, this one skips the queues with smart timing and adds hidden gems like Pempeng Island—an extra stop most others miss. And even beats the crowds with early departures, so you get the best views before everyone else arrives. You’ll even enjoy a rare Sunset at Padar, with stunning views and far fewer crowds than the typical sunrise rush. And for more fun on the water, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards (SUP) are provided for your use. From day one, you’ll notice the small thoughtful touches that make this stand out: being welcomed aboard with a fresh coconut, a dedicated on-board photographer capturing your best moments (yes, even drone shots!), and space-maximising Japanese-inspired cabins with your own bathroom. This trip is perfect for solo travellers (with the option of a sharing room), couples, or friends who want a beautifully curated adventure without the fuss. It’s designed for those who prefer quality over quantity, and want each activity to feel special. What to Expect3D2N sailing trip around Komodo National Park aboard a deluxe cozy phinisiVisit 9 iconic spots + 1 hidden gem — enjoy exclusive beach time at Pempeng Island, while most boats only cover 9 stops.Swim with manta rays at world-famous Manta PointSunset hike at Padar Island—trust us, the view is unrealSnorkel vibrant reefs and spot turtles at Manjerite and PengahSee Komodo dragons up close on a guided morning trekRelax on Pink Beach with kayaks and paddle boards availableDramatic sunset bat show at Kalong IslandDaily meals, snacks, and drinks professionally prepared on boardDedicated guide + onboard photographer, including drone shotsGood to KnowThis is a join-in trip, so you’ll share the boat with up to 14-18 guestsWiFi is available onboard, though signal may be patchy in remote areasKomodo National Park entrance fee is not included—bring enough cashItinerary may change based on weather and sea conditions for safetySuitable for all fitness levels; hikes are short with moderate inclinesDrone usage in the park requires a permit obtained at least 3 days priorHotel or airport pickup/drop-off in Labuan Bajo is includedAlcohol is not included, but you’re welcome to bring your own at no extra chargeBoat Specification and DetailsLength : 26.5 MWidth : 4.9 MEngine : Nissan RF8Speed : 6-12 KnotDinghy : 8 MWater Capacity : 5000 LEquipment : GPS, radio, vhf, AIS, EPIRB, SARTSafety : Life Vest, Life Buoy, Life Raft, Fire Extinguisher, First Aid KitThe Passenger : 14 Person + 4 person (extra bed)The Crew : 6 personAmenities/facilitiesVIP Suite with king-size bed, private balcony, outdoor bathtub & ensuite bathroomOcean Room with sea view, private balcony and double bed for up to 3 guestsPrivate Room with double bed and ensuite, perfect for couplesSharing/Dorm Room with bunk beds and shared bathroom (max 4 pax)Air-con in every room + onboard WiFiUse of kayaks and paddle boards during island stopsChild & Infant Pricing:Children (below 2 years): Free of charge.Children (2-5 years) 50% discount of adult price.Children (5 years above): Same pricing as adults.

Meet your host
Marco Pearly Andalusia started his journey in tourism back in 2017 after finishing his degree in industrial engineering. What began as guiding trips and snapping photos turned into something bigger when he decided to manage his own ship. A few years later, in 2021, he built a second vessel—which has been sailing since 2022. Based in Labuan Bajo, Marco’s work has created real opportunities for local people, from jobs to contributions through taxes and community support. He’s someone who genuinely understands the area, both from the ground and the water, and has built something that not only welcomes travellers but also gives back to the place he calls home.
