This live stream brings you to Singapore's last remaining sugar factory, where the guide will take you through the factory and see the various stages of production. You'll be able to watch live how sugar is melted down and cooled and crystallized in metal tins so that the impurities are extracted out. You'll also learn about the company’s ambitious plans as they look towards the future of food and share the many food companies under its incubation. Think non-dairy cheese, cell-based seafood tapping on deep-tech, agri-tech, food science. This is an interactive session so you're encouraged to ask questions and interact with the guides, and subject matter experts.
