Nam dan timnya telah bekerja keras untuk mengurangi sampah plastik—mengganti barang sekali pakai dengan alternatif yang bisa dipakai ulang, bahkan menyediakan botol minum bambu di setiap kabin. Ia juga berada di balik upaya bersih-bersih yang terus berjalan serta kemitraan yang mendukung teluk dan desa-desa di sekitarnya. Pendekatannya yang penuh perhatian dan konsisten telah membantu Bhaya tumbuh menjadi sesuatu yang lebih dari sekadar kapal pesiar—ia sudah menjadi bagian dari tempat ini.
