Review Body: My two kids and I had a great time! We lucked out being the only three in the group. We met at a coffee shop, but actually got ice cream as none of us do coffee. The trip to the market was fun and we talked about produce. The highlight, however, was the cooking. We cooked four dishes and ended with fruit we picked from the market. Dishes included beef pho, green papaya salad, banh xeo (similar to fried crepes with savory filling) and an eggplant dish. All were delicious and everything was very hands on. Rosie did a great job adapting to my kids' preferences. They were thrilled to learn to flip banh xeo in the pan. We also played a little chopsticks game racing to fill small bowls with peanuts and learned to make tomato roses and pepper flowers. We ate as we went along. It was great!

Review Body: My friends and I really enjoyed this cooking. We started with a trip to the market to choose ingredients, then had a stop at a local coffee roaster to try some of the Vietnamese coffee. Next we began the class itself, where we learned four classic Vietnamese dishes.
Hanna was an excellent teacher, overall would highly recommend!

Review Body: The guide was friendly and very helpful throughout the cooking process. Before we started cooking, we went to a local market to buy groceries first, and I loooved the experience 🥹 We got to see how the locals work and experience the culture more closely.
