We enjoyed our day out with Arcady Cruise. it seems that all the boats do a very similar tour and the only difference would be the standard of the boat and meal. This was fine for our budget as we didn't require luxury and were more interested in the views than what was on the boat. Our guide was good and handled everything with ease. I would use this company again.

We spent Christmas day on Ha Long Bay with Arcady Cruise and had a great time. I would highly recommend the express transport option offered by Arcady Cruise (having also done the National route), it doubled the time spent on Ha Long Bay and made the day a lot more comfortable. The cruise on the bay was fantastic, the boat was very well kept and organised. Our tour guide, Hiep, was brilliant, one of the best I've experienced. Hiep was full of enthusiasm and ensured the day ran smoothly from start to finish. Hiep's knowledge of the local area along with Vietnamese and regional history was fantastic and his highly proficient english language skills made it all very easy to take in. The team at Arcady Cruise were able to cater to everyone's dietary requirements without issue while still ensuring everyone was well fed. We had the opportunity to kayak, bamboo boat and swim in Ha Long Bay, as well as visiting a formerly secret arm hospital cave, located on an island in the bay. Hiep also hosting a delicious cooking class onboard the boat. Overall, I would very highly recommend Arcady Cruise on Ha Long Bay to any tourist looking to have a relaxing, picturesque and interesting day in Vietnam! Thanks Hiep and your team! :)

We were a family of 7 on this group day cruise. Pick up was prompt. We had a stop along the way at a very modern rest stop area (for restroom, food, stretch). The stop at Hospital Cave was extremely eye-opening. Ha Long Bay in December had mist, which made if more magical. We canoed and had a swimming stop. The water was clean. The water was a little cold for Texans, but that did not stop people from jumping in to swim. Some of the young people on the ship started an impromptu dance party, and the staff was very accommodating by providing them with music from a sound system. The scenery is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend a day cruise as a perfect balance of tour experience and budget, and I highly recommend Arcady's itinerary.

I was looking for tour that would take us to an area that has less tourists. The hotel staff recommended Lan Ha Bay by Arcady Cruise. We had a small group of 20. Our guide Kong picked us up on time. The coach ride to the cruise was not that long while Kong telling history and culture of Vietnam. We boarded a fairly new and clean cruise boat. We were served welcome drinks. I was surprised that the food was plentiful and delicious. There were even oysters. The scenery enroute to Lan Ha Bay was surreal and tranquil. There weren't too many other cruise boats. And actually, there were no other boat where we stopped for swimming. We had a good time kayaking. We were the only group there. After all the physical activities, they taught us how to make summer roll( Vietnamese spring rolls) to fed our hungry tummy. At the end of the tour ,they took us to visit the Hospital cave. It was a chilling reminders of the war time. We thoroughly enjoyed the Lan Ha Bay tour with Arcady Cruise.

Had an awesome day in Halong Bay. The boat looked pretty new, and I enjoyed sitting on the sun loungers at the upper deck to take in the breeze and views. Our guide Cong was knowledgeable about Vietnamese history and funny. Lunch was pretty good too and I enjoyed the oysters. We also had fun making our own spring rolls during the cooking demonstration.
