<p>Hien Duong, a former local guide in Vinh Long, embarked on a new adventure with her family when she decided to start a homestay. Not only that, she challenged herself to make it almost entirely out of coconut trees! Some 4000 coconut trees, which grow abundantly in the Mekong Delta and are a sustainable eco friendly building material in this part of the world, have been used to build the homestay. Everything from the walls to the bowls is made from coconut. It's an impressive site to behold! </p>
