I was looking for some nice gluten free bread desperately as I didn’t like any available in the market.I came across with Kavita’s sourdough class 1 day on Fb and did gluten free sourdough class with her.Her recipes are not only healthy but tasty too.She is a genius.After the class I got so passionated about sourdough baking that I started to bake twice a week and she was always supportive and helping with my queries.She is a very patient teacher who is always ready to help her students without any hesitations.I would definitely highly recommended people to attend her classes.

I have attended the sourdough class.
It was amazing! The trainer is very professional and has shared with us her baking experience. It is very different from the other course i attended.

For me definitely the best sourdough class and teacher. Loves how Kavita manages to provide intensive sourdough starter, method and baking science and info into bite size. Hands on during class and 4 weeks of holding your baking hands aft class is most definitely helpful in ironing out kinks and hiccups in your bakes. I fully used each week to experiment with different hydration and types of loaves and bakes. Kavita has constantly encourages and answers questions/query abt starter condition and how to better improve your bakes. Attended her zoom session on how to make your own starter and after weeks of baking, I was able to appreciate the session of how to make your own starter better. What is even more great is that Kavita has different modules of sourdough bread coming up. Such as baguette and Ciabatta. So you will be able to constantly learn and upgrade your knowledge and learn to bake something new. Love, Love, Love! Thanks Kavita! Nadia

A very informative session that allows you to put to practice what has been taught! Whats more, you get enjoy your bakes there and then.
One feels pumped enough to put on their aprons and wow their families with their newly learnt skills!!
