Geeth and his team in the company care about well being of the whales and dolphins, they follow international whale watching rules and protect whales during whale watching:
 they don´t go too close to the whales, don´t cross whale´s course, reduce the speed to minimize the noise, stop the engine if whales and dolphins are coming
 they don't do swimming, snorkeling, and diving with the whales, don´t throw out any garbage into the ocean.

Their boat has two decks. You can move on the boat between the bottom deck and the top observation deck
