This is a one day group trip to Ninh Binh from Hanoi, during which you will visit the Bai Dinh pagoda complex, the largest in South East Asia. The highlights here are the 500 stone statues of “La Han” (Arhats), 2 huge bronze bells, one weighs 27 tons, other weighs 36 tones and three bronze statues of Tam The (50 tons each). Later you will visit the magnificent Trang An Grottoes a majestic limestone massif which rise dramatically out from rice paddy fields. And finally arriving at Mua Caves, you will trek up to the top of Ngoa Long mountain for a spectacular view of green rice fields.

Today you will visit the ancient temples of Vietnam, see Mua Cave and explore Tam coc on a boat
- 10:30 am - Arrival at Bai Dinh pagoda complexes, the largest pagoda, not only in Vietnam but also in Southeast of Asia. It is scenically set on the foot hill of Dinh Mountain surrounded by amazing views of the exquisite river valley below which is dotted with limestone karsts.
- This pagoda complexes boast an array of the most massive and magnificent traditional Vietnamese architectural creations ever built. The highlights here will be: (1) 500 stone statues of “La Han” (Arhats), (2) 2 huge bronze bells, one weighs 27 tons, other weighs 36 tones (3) Three bronze statues of Tam The (50 tons each)
- The visit will end with a walk-up to the summit of a mountain to see the 100 ton statue of Buddha Sakyamuni made of bronze. Here you can also enjoy the panoramic view of picturesque landscape dotted with limestone mountains.
- 12:00 pm - Enjoy lunch
- 13:30 pm - Leave for the Trang An Grottoes, an out-standing natural beauty of majestic limestone massif, which rise dramatically out from rice paddy fields and stands at 20 meters height.
- You will embark on a traditional sampan which will be gently rowed down the exquisite river through numerous caves: Hang Toi (Dack) cave, 320 meter long, Sang (light) cave, 90 meters long, and Hang Nau Ruou (Cooking wine) cave, 250 meter long.
- 15:15 pm: Leave to visit Mua Cave.
- 15:30 pm: Arrive at Mua Cave and start an amazing trek up to the top of Ngoa Long mountain to get a glimpse of the spectacular rice valley below.
- 16:30 pm: Take the shuttle bus back to Hanoi.
