Take a step into Villa Ijo, located in the heart of a tropical forest just a short drive from Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Kubu Bharu. This beautifully-designed 3-bedroom villa (all with ensuite bathrooms) is perfect for a group of 6-8 persons — there is a queen-size bed in each bedroom, and an additional day bed on request. Our favourite part of Villa Ijo is the vast balcony overlooking the river. The open kitchen and dining area is right by the balcony, making it feel like a luxurious outdoor cooking and dining experience. After your meals, head to the crystal clear river right next to the villa to swim or dip your feet in. Villa Ijo is tastefully designed and built in a private estate in Batang Kali, a quiet village with a beautiful hilly landscape. Enjoy the open-space design concept, which not only makes the villa feel extra liberating but also provides an easy view of the surrounding lush greeneries and natural streams. VIlla Ijo is run by Fong (the owner) and Jianshen (the manager), business partners for years who moved away from the busy city of Shanghai, China to enjoy the slower pace and fresher air of the Malaysian forest.
