Day 1: Taipei - Taroko National Park - Hualien
Taipei - Taroko National Park - Hualien

Today you will visit the wonders of Taroko National Park like crystal clear waters, naturally created habitats and more!!

  • Pick-up from Taipei airport or hotel in Taipei
  • 06:00 am: Pick-up from your hotel in Taipei city an head to Taroko National Park.
  • 09:00 am: Arrive at Qingshui Cliff, one of the eight wonders in Taiwan.
  • Continue to Shakadang Trail. See the crystal-clear water flowing through the river bed and hear the murmur of the creek echoing in the valley.
  • Head to Baiyang Trail. The trail lies along the river. At the end of the trail is the mysterious Cave of Water Curtain.
  • At Yanzihkou Trail, observe the pothole eroded by the river. Through the elevation of the plate, the potholes which were under the water became the habitat where the swallows live.
  • End the day with the best, visit Jiuqudong, the essence of Taroko. The wrinkles on the rock tell the legend of how Taiwan was born through the consistent squeezing between Philippine Plate and Eurasian Plate.
  • 05:00 pm: Transfer to your hotel in Hualien city.
Day 2: Hualien - Shitaiping - Hualien Night Market

Today you will discover the aboriginal culture and way of life. Try bow shooting with Jingpu Tribe

  • 08:00 to 09:00 am: Pick-up from your hotel in Hualien.
  • Arrive at Shitaiping, the sea and the wind shape the area into various formations, spot colourful fishes swimming around the coral reef.
  • Later visit Jingpu Tribe, the friendly locals will take you to see the beauty of the Pacific Ocean by floating on the raft. If you are fans of “Hunger game ”, don’t miss the course of bow shooting. Learn the unique way of fishing and handicraft.
  • 06:00 pm: Visit Hualian Night Market, the only aboriginal night market. Try tribal food and drinks while enjoying the local performances.
  • 09:00 pm: Return to your hotel at Hualien
Day 3: Hualien - Taipei

Today you will explore the traditional folk culture experience!!

  • 09:00 am: Pick-up from your hotel in Hualien.
  • Arrive at National Center of Traditional Arts, see Chinese folklife, the beauty of traditional craftsmanship and its renovation.
  • Later head to Kavalanwhisky Factory, savour the mellow Kavalan Whisky and coffee and take a look at the procedure of whiskey-making.
  • Return to Taipei.
  • Drop-off from Taipei airport or hotel in Taipei
