Go behind the scenes of Jie’s Bakery to understand how this small bakery churns out over 10 different types of traditional buns with fillings each day; what makes their buns different from commercially made ones; and how the iconic rainbow bread is made. This is also the opportunity to ask Jimmy about some age-old recipes and methods if you will like to attempt to make these traditional bread at home!Video Conferencing Platform*The operator is able to host sessions via Zoom. Invitation to join the session will be provided closer to the date of the event.*Upon successful booking, a Zoom meeting code and password will be emailed to you. The meeting code and password will be emailed to you latest on the morning of the live stream date.
