If it’s raining heavily morning of departure, we will wait out 1 hour max, if it still rains heavily, you can either reschedule or get a full refund. But if it’s only drizzling, we will still depart coz rain usually lasts about 5-15 mins max out there. 3. If your flight has been cancelled/rescheduled by the airlines (proof of documents needed), and no subsitute flight has been given to make the tour, guests are allowed a full refund or reschedule. 4. If guests are Covid positive, they are allowed for full refund/reschedule (proof of PCR test needed) 5. Other than the above, no cancellation/rescheduling is allowed 2 weeks prior to departure. Full payments will still be collected

Hi Roman, unfortunately, our host doesn't arrange a transport from Menjaga Bay Hotel. You will have to come to KP3 harbour by yourself. Menjaga has a dingy that sends their guest to KP3, so you can check with the hotel about this. Please also note that you'll have to be at KP3 harbour *LATEST BY 0540hrs* :) Hope this helps!

Hi, I understand that there will be some trekking at some of the islands. As we will potentially be Scuba diving before this day trip, the maximum elevation we can go is 300m above sea level. For Padar island, I saw that elevation is 185m but I cannot find any info on whether we are going up any hills at Komodo island and what the elevation is. Would you be able to help advice?

Regarding Padar Island, the elevation is around 100 meters. However, for Komodo Island, the trekking terrain is primarily flat, so you won't encounter any significant hills to climb
