The weather conditions can vary in the last week of March along the route from Cingjing to Hualien via Huatuan Mountain National Forest Recreation Area, Tianxiang, Jiuqudong, and other areas. While it's generally not the peak rainy season during that time, weather patterns can still bring rain or fog, which might affect driving conditions, especially on mountainous roads.

We (party of 2) are arriving at Cruise Terminal Keelung on Celebrity Millenium on November 22, 2023 at 08.00. Would like to rent a car with non smoking English speaking driver from 08.30 - 16.30. Drop off is Keelung Cruise Terminal. Want to go sightseeing in Taipeh. Please advise price. Thank you
