大多数人平时不会特别留意日常烹饪里使用的工具。但在这场体验中,你会发现,看似朴素的糕模里,藏着几个世纪的文化故事、迁徙轨迹与逐渐被遗忘的仪式。它会带你从意想不到的器物中,深入认识饮食文化遗产。这场体验由 Jasmine 带领。她是一位深深着迷于传统糕模的收藏者,而且是那种让人听了也会被感染的热爱。这不是一堂课程,也不是枯燥的历史讲座。20年来,她走遍亚洲寻找珍稀糕模——从古希腊面包印模,到娘惹红龟粿模——每一件背后都有令人惊喜的故事。她的热情很有感染力,而她的家就像一座温暖、鲜活的小型博物馆,藏着许多人擦肩而过却未曾留意的秘密。你会在她温馨的厨房里一边喝茶,一边品尝手工娘惹糕点,还会从零开始亲手制作新鲜糕点,同时和一位真正把文化与手艺融入生活的人交流故事。在体验过程中,Jasmine 会带你亲手制作以下传统糕点,深入感受在地文化:红龟粿和椰丝煎蕊卷。红龟粿可从以下口味中任选 2 种内馅:花生、甜绿豆、咸绿豆、椰丝这场体验很适合喜欢发掘隐藏宝藏、也喜欢认识那些真心热爱自己所做之事的人。体验亮点了解糕点造型与纹样背后的隐藏含义亲手接触并欣赏 Jasmine 珍稀的传统糕模收藏在她温馨的厨房里享用娘惹茶点与手工糕点学习制作传统糕点听每一个糕模被寻获背后的有趣个人故事贴心提醒本体验适合 9 岁及以上参加。由于每位客人都会准备相同的食材和伴手礼,因此不提供儿童票价。不过,如能提前提出需求,主办人也很乐意安排更适合亲子或儿童参与的专场体验。团队活动这场体验非常适合小型企业团队,想深入感受本地文化与美食的沉浸式活动。主办人也可依照你的目标,加入团队交流/团队建设元素。若在你们自己的场地进行,主办人每场最多可接待 20 人,每天最多可安排 3 场。场地需求:适合制作红龟粿的长形平桌(一般会议桌高度即可)、可放置主办人蒸烤箱的邻近台面与插座、供主办人展示糕模的陈列桌、热水壶/咖啡与茶冲泡设备如需运输、布置与物流服务,请一并选择“附加项目”
