Churn, mix, and flavour your own butter from scratch!
Singapore’s first (and only!) butter-churning workshop is here — perfect for teams, friends who’ve done one too many café brunches, or hen parties looking for something a little unexpected. In just 1.5 hours, you’ll churn cream into butter completely from scratch, then transform it into fun flavours like herbs, spices and even seaweed! No machines, just good old-fashioned shaking (and a surprisingly satisfying arm workout). This isn’t your usual cooking class. It’s playful, creative, and totally beginner-friendly — a forgotten art turned into a hands-on experience. You’ll leave with two jars of your own flavoured butter and a shared memory that’s way more interesting than another café brunch! What to ExpectChurn your own butter from scratch. Arden started Borderlessbutter in 2023 after an unexpected career shift, turning a tough moment into something deeply personal and creative. At 28, she's hands-on with every batch—carefully crafting flavour-packed compound butters right in Singapore. Blending a knack for storytelling with a love for good food, Arden uses butter as a way to bring people together and make home cooking simpler, yet more exciting. She's also the mind behind Singapore’s first butter crafting workshops, sharing her skills and ideas with others. Whether you're short on time or just curious about new flavours, Arden’s thoughtful approach makes everyday meals feel a bit more special—without any fuss.
