My boyfriend and I loved our experience visiting Lan Ha Bay and Cat Ha island. The activities were fun, food was great and the organisation was fantastic. We would definitely recommend.

The staff were friendly and really helpful, they went out of their way to make the trio enjoyable. The kayaking was beautiful and we enjoyed all the activities. We enjoyed the small group that were on the tour and B our host was delightful as he shared info and engaged with us. He did a great job of looking after us all from the time we arrived until we were safely on our way again after the trip. I would highly recommend this trip if you are looking for a fun filled but low key cruise that is family friendly.

Our tour with Chans was fantastic. It ended up as a private tour with just the two of us. Chans had a great knowledge of the best spots to visit in La Han Bay depending on the weather and tide. We ended up going to a secluded bay where we were able to kayak completely alone. We then went to get some fresh crabs from a fisherman’s boat which we then ate at a picnic on a private beach. We then also went for the bioluminescence plankton tour as well as having oysters for dinner. The tour was at a relaxed pace and while also seeing lots, and Chans was able to adapt to what we wanted to see. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Would thoroughly recommend his tour!

We did the 2 day 1 night trip and it was amazing! Rian and Harry were SO nice and helpful and the atmosphere was always great! Also super well coordinated and the food on the boat was always delicious. Amazing landscape - would highly recommend

Had an amazing day! Initially we booked a trip in the bay but because of strong winds and an upcoming storm the bay was closed. Chans came up with an amazing alternative and we spent a whole day exploring Cat Ba island. We could help harvest rice which was so cool to experience! We went to see the mangroves and peddled around on our SUP boards. We looked for clamps in the water and went to the local market to buy food. After watching the sunset, all the food including the clamps where prepared and we had a super local dinner. If you want to see more of Cat Ba than just beaches and the bay, we would definitely recommend this tour! Chans really took the time to show us the local way of living, the hospitality, the beauty and variety of nature this island has to offer. Big thank you!

Great experience with a top team. The cabins were spacious and the food excellent. We asked for a meat-free diet and were treated to shellfish and fish. I really recommend this experience in an incredibly beautiful Bay and without having loads of boats around. Unlike Halong.

This was a great experience. Our guides were wonderful and took care of everything for us to include hauling water and snacks in for us. Just be aware this is a pretty rigorous hike in and then climb to the top of the mountain. Once you rappel down, you still have to hike out over pretty rigorous terrain. I made the mistake of thinking I was done after the rappel then had to work up the energy for the hike out. Folks with long hair don’t forget a hair tie or headband to keep your long hair back and out of the ropes.
