Our driver Mr Lin was lovely and helped us with advice regarding our itinerary. Our ride was clean and comfortable. Correspondence with the organiser was easy and responsive. Overall had a great experience with Taigo Car.

Our Driver, Mr Lim, was a super prepared driver and experienced. He brought us to enjoy local delicacies (not black shops) that are affordable yet good tasting. In addition, he politely advised us on planning our itinerary and helped us avoid spending excessive time travel and spend more on sightseeing.
He even provided us with a spare phone with local sim for communications when we reached areas that didnt have that good of connections (to make normal phone calls). Taigo's Rep was also super helpful and prompt in updating us the details of the trip and driver details. Can't say the same for seeksophie since they seem to be expert deflectors of queries with no value add to the transaction.

Mr. Lin was a very good and dedicated driver; he knew where everything was, and waited for us while we we were doing things. We had 8 people, so having a professional driver made our visit much easier and more pleasant.

Driver service and driving skill is good.
Able to recommend some local attractions and local Taiwan cuisine we have not included in our itinerary.
We would recommend Taigo car if you want to have a free and easy trip and also if you have elderly in your trip. However, the cost might be a bit high and the normal 8 hours is not enough. Mostly you will need to pay for additional hours.

Mr. Lim was excellent and highly recommended! After some days with him, he started to give me some ideas and helped us fit in other places that were along the way to sights we wanted to see. He has ample experience with driving in Taipei and outside of the city, so when I wanted to go to a fruit market, he knew exactly where to take us. The man was also patient with me when I changed plans on him last minute. Thank you, Mr. Lim!!

im really satisfied with the service provided here.. in the beginning i was afraid that it was a scam apps, but with the follow ups from the sophie’s team and the service i experienced myself. it definitely the best decision ive ever made. the driver was polite, they provided us a water refill everyday, their knowledge abt the place that i wanted to visit and on top of that he took a pic with his canon camera n share me the result afterward.. tx u mr pheng for ur hospitality.. wish u a good health and great life
