What a fabulous experience! The booking process was easy and the information provided was clear and accurate. Justin our driver was on time and a very safe driver. He gave us lots of information about the trip and Bali. Our guide, Wi, was very patient and helpful whilst walking up the caldera and also gave lots of information about the local area. He was great fun and took some amazing photos for us. The hike to the top was a bit challenging at times but well worth it! Amazing views. I would highly recommend this trip and the company .

It was a great experience, the tour was very private and there were no crowds. Everything went smoothly and we had no issues.
We were really lucky that there were limited clouds in the sky, so the night time boat ride was magical as we saw so many stars.
The sun rise was beautiful too.
The hike itself is not long and is fairly easy, but can be slippy at different points, however our guides were amazing and helped us along the way.
They were always on hand to help.
Our driver Yosi was very pleasant and was with us for the optional add ons. He was easy to talk to whilst also allowing us to take naps in the car whilst travelling.
Overall, I would highly recommend this activity and could not have asked for more.

An unforgettable Rinjani experience with Rudy Trekker!
We recently completed a 4D3N expedition to climb Mt. Rinjani with Rudy Trekker, and it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish.
Our guide Bruno was exceptional — his deep knowledge of the mountain, calm leadership, and sense of humour made all the difference. It was clear from the very beginning that our safety and comfort were always his top priority, but he also made the trek fun, engaging, and memorable. Bruno’s experience really shone through, from pacing us perfectly on the steep climbs to sharing fascinating stories about the mountain and its surroundings. Our two porters were also outstanding, anticipating our needs and always ready with food, drinks, and smiles.
The food on the mountain far exceeded our expectations — fresh, varied, and delicious, even at high altitude. Hot showers and cold towels were waiting for us after the trek, a very welcome surprise!
Overall, Rudy Trekker delivered an experience that was not only professionally run and safe, but also warm, personal, and full of heart. We cannot recommend them — and especially Bruno — highly enough to anyone planning to climb Mt. Rinjani.

Everything. Organised very well. Justin and our driver Yosi kept us fully informed before the day. All the timings were perfect. The hike was hard for me but our guide Wi was amazing. We chose this activity as an alternative to the busy sunrise climb on Mount Batur, and it did not disappoint. It was just us and another couple, making for a peaceful experience. The hike was much more manageable than the 3–4 hour trek on Batur, and the view was absolutely stunning (just look at the pictures!). We booked last minute, and everything went smoothly, from communication to pick-up and drop-off at our other hotel to the support during the hike . We would totally recommend this!
