The process of boarding the bus is very simple, just have to confirm your name with the bus driver. And when you board the bus, they provide you with a plastic bag to keep your shoes to keep the bus clean. When you get in, its very clean and tidy. The sleeping area has curtains for your on both sides. There is also water provided and blankets. The bed is also able to recline if you are not sleepy yet. Overall, it was a very fun experience and would recommend it to all my friends.

Super clean bus, comfy bed, a fully reclinable seat and pleasant trip with a very highly experienced driver. Makes the travel from Sapa to Hanoi didn't seem that long. We could sleep on the bus for another couple of hours after arrival at 3.30 am in Hanoi. Must experience this form of travel when travelling to Sapa. Highly recommended.

Very clean. Kadbus makes you remove your shoes and stow away your bulky bags in the trunk before entering the bus. The pod beds are about as comfortable as the seats in a business class flight, where it's fairly wide but does not fully recline. Space was sufficient unless you're over 1.7m, then you'd probably have to shrimp slightly. Pods come with a screen but I didn't really use it, as well as 1-3 USB-A charging ports. I slept decently, woke up only at the most bendy of mountain roads and when the bus stopped to pick up more passengers.
