We did the day tour from Cat Ba island and it was an awesome experience! Our guide was very informative and attentive, and included various activities for us to do! The landscapes and the scenery were amazing! I highly recommend this tour.

Besides our pickup from Hanoi being delayed 30 minutes, I thought this was a great tour and I was very happy with it! I loved all of the activities - especially the karaoke at night on the boat! - and Jack was a great guide. The food was delicious - they were able to accommodate us as vegetarians - and our cabin was very nice. A big thanks as well to all the crew on the boat for giving us a great stay. I would recommend Sunlight Cruise to future travelers.

We had a really lovely time on a three day two night tour of Lan Ha Bay in early August. The staff was very friendly and attentive, our host guide B was energetic, we particularly liked kayaking in places where there were few other tourists. And our night with only five guests on the boat was particularly awesome.

We had a great time! The itinerary is quite packed, but the activities are all very fun. You get to enjoy the pretty landscapes and also learn about Vietnamese culture. The boat is equiped with everything you need and looks beautiful, exactly as in the pictures. The staff is very attentive and lovely, they even sang karaoke with us at night. Especially our guide, Steven, took great care of us and was helpful with everything we needed. The trip to Cat Ba National Park was nice as well, as was the hotel we stayed at. Be aware though that the accommodation doesn‘t match the one listed on the website. We didn‘t stay in a bungalow but a hotel in a busy area close to Cat Ba National Park.
