The cruise was really nice. We were in Bai Long Bay, so there were fewer tourists. The boat was new, and the quality was definitely better than the others we'd seen. The food and activities were also very good.

Great size of boat, not too big... great activities, Tiger is mad a box of frogs but is a great host, great food for vegetarians (had our own plates cooked for us rather than needing the quite meaty buffet)... yeah was great!

We had the private 3d2n tour and we could not be more happy, the experience was perfect! The itinerary was well paced and could be changed according to our wishes, the food was absolutely incredible, the boat itself, the crew were very charming and the bed/the restroom was very comfortable. We highly recommend taking this tour, the 3 days are just right in the magical landscape and the privacy is awesome.

The tour was lovely, with one of the best cruise ships in terms of deco and comfort. Cruise director Elijah was sweet and helpful. The crew Sunny, Jon, Mia were very helpful and accommodating. They really made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Was disappointed that due to operational issues, we could not stop at the village and do the activities described in the tour package. Regardless, we enjoyed the informative excursion to the caves, and the kayaking was a fun and safe challenge for my mum (over 60!). Many elderly felt safe to try these activities and which is a testament to the attention and care of the crew. Dinner was absolutely delicious, so thank you Chef and crew. Wine tasting with Tam was fun and cute! Overall I highly recommend it. Ha Long Bay is a must see in your lifetime.
