I've always wanted to visit The Sundowner and this beer-making workshop was the perfect excuse to drop by. I dragged my boyfriend along and we got to learn some history and science behind brewing. We thoroughly enjoyed the hands-on experience--boiling, hopping, beer tapping, etc. We also got to channel our beer connoisseur persona during the guided beer tasting. At the end of the workshop, each of us got to bring home a bottle of the beer we made. Fingers crossed that it ferments well! Can't wait to try it in a few weeks 🍻 ps. The Sundowner was everything I imagined it to be and more. It's honestly like visiting a cool uncle's house -- chess-lined walls, sand-filled room, mini rooftop farm, ant collection, bees, a cat, etc. I will be back again for their other workshops!

Had fun at their new beer brewing workshop! Clarence (the founder of Sundowner) was entertaining and engaging, he was also knowledgeable about the beer brewing process and the different kinds of alcohol. We also got to taste different beers and tap our own glasses!

We did this as a team and LOVED the location. It was so cool - a speakeasy farm. Really makes you feel like you're out of Singapore and on a really cool overseas team event! :) The beer brewing was also fun. I always wanted to learn how to do it! It's surprisingly simple. I also like the tasting element of the session.
