Loved the safe space away from the hustle and bustle of city life to slow down and allow for restoration to take place. My friends and I also appreciated the gentle guidance from Aerial, who was very approachable and open to share about her experience in sound bathing. We definitely left the session feeling more relaxed and connected with ourselves.
