Loved the safe space away from the hustle and bustle of city life to slow down and allow for restoration to take place. My friends and I also appreciated the gentle guidance from Aerial, who was very approachable and open to share about her experience in sound bathing. We definitely left the session feeling more relaxed and connected with ourselves.

It was truly a rejuvenating experience. The guided walk through the garden surrounded by soothing sounds of nature was calm and peaceful. The slow, mindful pace allowed me to truly connect with my surroundings, breathe deeply, and appreciate the serenity of the natural world.
