Recharge and restore with these unique yoga sessions ﻿🤗﻿

I have been suffering for backaches and posture issues for long, and have been recently diagnosed with scoliosis. While I have been trying to practice yoga now and then on my own, I decided it's time I find a good studio with session I can join in regularly, to have proper instructors fix my alignment issues - something I would not be able to do on my own just follow youtube videos. I'm so glad I found Bliss Shala, which is just a 15min walk from where I stay, and Krisa is one of the most patient and helpful yoga instructors I've met!! He pace is great, instructions clear (I struggle a lot when instructors just mentions anatomies after anatomies but and I can't catch up with where exactly on/in my body I should feel/do). Most importantly, she takes the time to slowly fix the alignment issues we have on each asana - exactly what I need! Also, she's also very kind to give additional advice/guidance beyond the 60min lesson on some of the things we can do on our own. I believe the other instructors in the studio are also kind and genuine to help the students. Certainly a non-fuss studio with just the benefits of yoga. I'm coming back for more!!

Prenatal Yoga: Nurturing Guidance for Moms-to-Be

Recommended for mums who are looking for a yoga place to relax and stretch. I attended their prenatal and postnatal class and the instructors (Krisa and Renu) are very kind and patient. They also share useful pregnancy knowledge and guide us.

Learning more about trauma and the wounded inner child has helped me to see what repressed emotions I may have and highlighted aspects of my life and self that were out of alignment. I went on to attend Kundalini Yoga and Sound healing classes led by Shirley and I have not looked back since. They brought about a lot more awareness and understanding and are integral in shedding light on aspects of my self that require more compassion and healing - this also changes the way I relate to the world and to the people around me. As each session can bring up a lot of "debris", it can be tough (especially if the ego and body are resisting) but Shirley is very loving, patient, honest, supportive and nurturing and through her, I am learning to love myself better and heal the parts of me that are wounded. Thank you both for creating this space and sanctuary; I am forever glad &lt;3

This all beings with the past life regression workshop purely to have an intention to find a medical condition that i experience that couldn't be explained. 1 thing lead to another, i met Shirley &amp; was introduced to Kundalini Yoga then Chakra meditation then Past life regression therapy. Shirley is such a wonderful &amp; genuine teacher from Kundalini to chakra meditation to sound healing she never fail to listen, guide &amp; share with her extensive knowledge without judgment. Every session has a different layer of healing, cleansing &amp; growth in terms of spirituality &amp; wisdom. In the past 6 months, i have experienced healing of serials unexplainable medical conditions, months of throbbing pain on my ring finger, 5 torturing menstrual cycles causes by endometriosis &amp; 8 months of intermittent rashes with no medicine could help to ease but sound healing had taken all that away. Highly recommend them if are ready to receive positive results. 
 I will continue my past life regression therapy experience in the next review. As i didn't realize how much i had writen. God bless
