My family and I had a wonderful time with Bale Laut. All the guides are professional, helpful and we truly felt cared for throughout. They truly cater to our needs of our group with elderly and kids. The tour is definitely recommended for everyone to see the less ventured part of the island. It was beautiful and worth the trip! The photographer/videographer took so much efforts to capture memories for us which we deeply appreciate. Thank you to the whole team for making a core memory for us! We will definitely book again to try out other tours when we can :)

It's not everyday that your surf instructor is a competitive & sponsored surfer and also coaches the national team!!! Not only did I feel entirely safe in his care, speaking with him on the water while waiting for waves was a great & insightful experience in itself. Luckily, my friends & I stayed at Jeeva Klui resort, and the surfing was at Klui beach so the experience was literally right on our doorsteps, which felt amazing. I have to say I have surfed in Bali before and this was SO much better, due to drastically less people, white sand and perhaps most enjoyably, clear water! Compared to Canggu, surfing here was a visual delight as I get to look down and see sunlight shine on the reef, beautiful experience. Also they may film your surf with a drone! Do listen to the team about currents and winds as some days will be better to surf than others, so perhaps be flexible with your dates. If you're keen to learn or try surfing, highly recommend the fun Nayaka Surf team!

Beautiful island. Great snorkeling at Manta Bay - we were able to see manta rays. At two other snorkeling stops we saw different types of fish and the reefs. I feel like we could have spent more than 20 min snorkeling at Manta Bay because we had 30 min of free time between lunch and the start of the sightseeing tour. The island sightseeing was good, but I feel like the duration of the tour allows to add more sights.

One thing I learned is that the locals truly are people of the sea and can hold their breath for so long! This snorkel tour is door to door service that brings you to snorkel sites at all 3 Gilli islands. Our guide not only has such great free diving skills, he has a whole content get up with go pro and dome shield to get amazing footage of you swimming with fishes & turtles to never forget this experience! Water was stunning shades of blue and weather was great, also lunch on Gilli T was AMAZING. Super tasty and great after a morning of swimming. You also get time to explore the island and can go cycling or shopping for souvenirs if you wish to. On our day, currents were slightly strong, and not best for beginner swimmers, but they do provide life jackets. Statue point was understandably filled with other snorkelers so go in with realistic expectations. all round super fun to island hop on your own boat with your friends, though it is more touristy, it is popular for a reason, and still worth your half day!

Was amazing trip from beginning to the end ! First the driver was right on time and super nice, breakfast was sooo yummy and the tour with the two guides super fun, exiting and beautiful 😻 we had so much fun and we also were super lucky 🍀 as we were just the two of us ! One of the best dive experiences we’ve had. They came to our hotel to do the paperwork the day before our dive, picked us up at our hotel the morning of our dive, and took us on a wonderful trio of dives. The boat is spacious and comfortable—they think of every little need. People on the boat were at various levels, getting different training, and having just a variety of needs that they managed with ease, giving a great day to all. We loved it so much, we went back two more times, and they were able to take us to a different spot for all our dives. Our dive masters were friendly, cheerful, and experienced—this is a company that is chill and relaxed where you want them to be, and detail oriented where it matters. We would definitely use them for all our future Lombok dives. Among the usual, we saw turtles, white tipped sharks, octopuses, barracudas, and a great little wreck. The reef was also beautiful to explore.

I did my 3-day Open Water Diver Course with Scuba Froggy in Senggigi, Lombok. I attended the course solo and there was one other person doing the course with me. Our dive instructor Akmal was very patient and supportive throughout the course, allowing us to become at ease in the water and grow in confidence as the course went on. Akmal was also very thorough with the theoretical / exam side of the course and was proactive in running through the material as required at convenient moments in between dives. We were able to swim in locations with coral reefs and marine wildlife (including some big turtles!). Akmal & the crew were keen to ensure we saw these things and that we got the most out of our time on the boat. I was also able to do an extra dive on top of the course dives for a discounted rate. I overpaid for the course initially but this was resolved with Alicja by the time I had completed the course. They were able to pay me back in cash. No problems at all there. They also provided transport to & from the dive centre / boat location each day from my accommodation in Senggigi. Overall, I thoroughly recommend the team at Scuba Froggy Senggigi if you are thinking of completing your Open Water Diver Course on Lombok. Thanks again!
