This includes 2 three-hour group lessons (9am-12pm each day) in 2 days, as well as 2 nights' accommodation at the Sri Lanka Kite Camp. It is suitable for beginner kitesurfers, and takes you from beginner level to IKO Certification Level 2 in kitesurfing.
In your Level 1 lesson, you will learn wind mechanisms, the setting up of the equipment, the launching and piloting of the kite and safety requirements. In your level 2 lesson, you will learn kite power management, body dragging, self-rescue, water start theories.

Sri Lanka Kite has a great social vibe. Started by a couple of friends that wanted to run away from their regular lives in Europe, SLK feels like heaven for those looking to escape modern life, and just wanting to kite and make friends. The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the resort is well situated right on the bank of the lagoon.
