Details
The course consists of 3 different parts: theory, confined water training and 4 open water dives. You will learn all the basic steps and procedure that will allow you to do dive up to a maximum of 18 meters. You will be a fully certified PADI diver after this course. It’s a worldwide recognized certification and you will be able to dive anywhere in the world with the certification.

What You'll Do
What You'll Do
Day 1: Trincomalee - Sri Lanka diving school
Today you will be learning the basics of diving.
- 9 AM: Start with lessons in the pool.
- Learn to handle equipment Practice basic behavior and safe diving practices in pool to build up diving foundation Learn how to react to common problems and how to be a safe and relaxed diver.
Day 2: Trincomalee waters
Today you will get to enjoy your first diving experience in open waters.
- 8:30 am: Pick up from your accommodation to the harbour.
- 9:00 am: Boat transfer to the dive sites. 8:30 am Pick up from your accommodation to the harbour.
- Do two dives with a break and snacking time in between.
- 1:00 pm: You will return to your hotel.
Day 3: Trincomalee waters
Today you will do 2 more dives in order to be more comfortable in the open waters.
- 8:30 am: Pick up from your accommodation to the harbour.
- 9:00 am: Boat transfer to the dive sites.
- Do two dives with a break and snacking time in between.
- 1:00 pm: You will return to your hotel.

Meet your host
Feli Fernando is a technically competent instructor with more than 15 specialties & 10000 log dives. He has been diving since the age of 16 & is a PADI Master Instructor / TEC Deep tec trimix diver. His wife Renu and son Sashaa are also avid divers and help out at the dive centers actively. Founded in 1998, today the business has grown over 20 employees, 10 boats and 3 centres in different watersport hot spots of Sri Lanka (Negombo, Trincomalee, Batticaloa)
