I forgot to pack sneakers. Would it be possible to use sandals to trek?
Regina, 27 Aug 2024
While it's possible to use sandals for the trek, it's not recommended due to the challenging terrain. For safety and comfort, we advise wearing shoes with good grip, especially for waterfall visits. If you choose to wear sandals, please make sure they have non-slip soles and fit securely on your feet.
Do you pick up from near Ubud? Thanks!

Hi Kylee, yes, we offer free pick-up from Ubud!
Hello. We are a group of 4 Canadian adults interested in the jungle trek/remote waterfall excursion. One of our group has some mobility issues especially with stairs. Slopes are ok but stairs are challenging. Would this be a suitable activity for her?
Shannon, 27 Jun 2024
We do have a stairs but you can avoid it. We will make sure the walking and trekking path are smooth and flat
Hi, We are travelling with a family in january and really hoping to arrange a small group tour. We like the Bali munduk jungle adventure on your webiste with canoe. We have 10 adults, and 7 kids (ranging in age, 14, 10, 9, 6, 5, 2, 11 months). Our family is adventurous and happy to carry kids on hikes (if required). Can you please let me know if this would be possible and how much it will cost? Look forward to hearing from you. Louise

Hi Louise,
Yes, it's possible to arrange this tour, and we'll provide two private, air-conditioned minibuses. Although, 6 years and above is the recommend age, it's okay for the 11-month-old to join as long as the parents are able to take care of them. The 2-year-old and 5-year-old should also be fine. Children below 3 years can join for free, while children 3 years and older will be charged the same as adults because we still need to pay for their forestry registration. During your booking, please include under additional "notes" regarding the number of pax joining and the children's ages to inform our host. Hope this information helps :)
