Meet your host
Hidden Hanoi was founded by a group of women born and bred in Hanoi. They met through their mutual passion for food and realised that they also share a desire to impart their culture and traditions to travellers through their cooking. They particularly find joy in sharing the recipes and methods of cooking which have been passed down through generations by their mothers and sisters. The goal of the women of Hidden Hanoi is to teach travellers the simple yet made with love recipes so they can take a little bit of Hanoi back to their home countries.

Nothing but your ready mode!
Hi, I'm interested to do the morning class on Sunday, 30/07. I wanted to ask what will be the menu, as I see there are three options. Can I choose? Thank you!
Joana, 28 Jul 2023
Hi Joana, you can choose which recipe you would like to make. You can indicate in the comment section at the time of booking. Also, since we haven't had any other customer book for 30th July, we'd suggest you to book on 31st July instead :) Let us know if you have any questions!
