Review Body: Bali Beans was a beautiful family run coffee farm. I really enjoyed walking their grounds and learning about the intricacies involved in discovering and creating your perfect cup of coffee. Bali Beans does grows arabica coffee. I would consider this a more advanced tour and I would recommend it for those that have at least a small working knowledge of coffee. The guide was very knowledgeable and they definitely went much deeper into coffee production than the average tasting tours around Bali. The tour is worth it for the scenery alone! The walk is a little bit strenuous for the average couch potato, but it is short. I recommend this tour for any coffee aficionados! (Sorry, no luwak coffee tasting on this tour!)

Review Body: 10 out of 10 experience! Must visit whilst in Bali. We have been looking for an ethical plantation, that doesn't keep animals in cages to produce Luwak coffee, although the Bali Beans plantation grows only Arabica beans, they do have limited edition wild Luwak coffee. Animal wonder freely around the plantation and not being put in the small cages to suffer. The team is absolutely amazing, made our time at the plantation to remember! We got to see how the coffee being made and end up in our cup every morning! Super informative experience and absolutely welcoming atmosphere! Cannot recommend enough!

Review Body: We rented a scooter and drove up to Kintamani and booked this two-hour exploration of a family-owned coffee plantation and it was an incredible experience. We met the owner and their lovely staff - our guide Wayan took us through every step of the coffee-growing and processing journey, explaining everything in detail with such passion and knowledge. The highlight was the coffee pouring session, where we tasted the freshest brew. It was fascinating to see the behind-the-scenes work and learn from someone so dedicated to their craft. Highly recommend this visit for coffee lovers!

Review Body: Cannot recommend this highly enough! Everyone there was so friendly and passionate. You saw every part of the process, and I enjoyed picking some ripe coffee cherries off the trees! The organic farming was inspiring, and I respect the use only of wild Luwak. As a coffee fan, I learned so much - and then the tasting was so interesting to try coffee that had undergone different processing methods (washed, black honey, natural). The coffee was delicious, of course. Shout out to Ria and the team! I’ve taken some coffee home to London for a taste of Bali when the trip is sadly over.

Review Body: Loved this tour! Fascinating to see the coffee trees nestled in the jungle alongside other fruits and spices. Our tour guide, Gede, was very knowledgeable and kind. Dwi, who lead the tasting, was also very helpful and definitely knew coffee! But the entire team was lovely. We felt good with this tour as they stressed the importance of not caging or housing Civets, but rather just relying on the wild civets in the region. Would recommend bug spray or long pants for the tour, plus extra room in your suitcase to bring coffee home!

Review Body: We were welcomed very friendly at got an amazing tour through the coffee fields. Our guide spoke really good English and told us so much about the farm, plants and culture. It was amazing. The coffee tasting and brewing was also really nice and tasty. The whole family on the farm was so nice. We can recommend it 100%, one of the most beautiful experiences in our travel here in Bali. You can wear long clothes if you want because it is on 1100m altitude so it’s a bit fresh and in the coffee field there are a lot of mosquitoes.

Review Body: We went for a day trip to visit this hidden gem instead of one of the more frequented plantations. Best decision! We did the tour around the plantation, followed by a tasting. People were super friendly and passionate about coffee. Everybody took as much time as we wanted to discuss anything about coffee - really great experience! If you want to visit a plantation were high quality specialty coffee is produced and roasted then this is the perfect place!

Review Body: We loved walking through the plantation and learning about the harvesting process. It was also very cool to be able to see, smell, and taste the difference between Natural, Black Honey, and Full Washed arabica beans grown on-site. They have Luwak coffee available to drink for an extra fee but it is worth it! The entire Bali Beans team is very attentive and friendly. Will be stopping by anytime I’m in the area. :)

Review Body: Authentic experience at a family owned and operated small coffee plantation in central highlands of Bali; beautifully balanced coffee & loved the genuine cupping experience with no gimmicks; the beans I bought tasted just as good at home (filter coffee using V60 & Chemex). Despite a wet day, loved the tour and guided discussions which were given by younger staff/family with reasonable English.
