As you arrive, your surf guide will allot you the surfboard and other necessary equipment, a briefing is given followed by practice on the beach. After this, it is time for surfing in the waves. An expert guide will always be by your side, ensuring your safety and giving feedback. This is a 2-hour program and the time of surfing is flexible depending on the tides and waves.

Nusa Lembongan is home to all-year-long surfable waves. The island has three main breaks that can be enjoyed by beginners and experienced surfers. The techniques of paddling and catching the waves will be taught.  You will be provided with insights on surf knowledge, beach awareness and how to take safety measures.

We had a fun surfing session and recieved good tips to improve our skills. Furthermore the surfing location was awesome, with realy nice waves!

After texting them the night before they immediately replied to schedule the lesson. The picked me up on time and drove me straight to the beach. There I got some basic instructions and we went right out into the water. As a first time surfer I was a bit nervous but the staff made sure to take care of me. After every attempt they gave me feedback and tips to work on and I eventually rode several big waves! They took all the time I needed and allowed me to rest when tired. Great guys, great vibe!

 The surf spot itself was great for us, as we stood between beginners and intermediates, and even there they made the whole lesson a safe and fun experience by explaining everything and taking time for each person (they take max. 3 persons / instructor).
 So we highly recommend this surf school, as it was the cheapest we found at Jungut Batu, but mostly because both lessons were so much fun, while very professionally and well organized!

Did multiple lessons and loved it, they even helped by pushing me out when my arms had given up but I didn’t want to and all my lessons ended up being 1-2-1. Also great fun to hang out with and quick and clear responses arranging lessons even last minute. Can’t thank them enough!!!

After renting the board + boat a couple of times from them I went on to do a lesson as I could see how much fun people were having, but also the progress and it worked a charm. Cakil really helped me get better at it!The great thing is they normally stick to small group so you end up having an instructor to yourself or for 2 of you.
 I ended up going back a few times with just the board and boat after and couldn’t believe how much better I was. Still a long way to go to be as good as Komos and Cakil but i’m getting there. They’re also super fun to hang out with and there’s a great atmosphere in the water with them. Would defo go back with them next time I’m in Lembongan!

We had 7 days of surfing lessons and it was outstanding! It was not our first time having lessons and I honestly have to say that this one was much better than the one we had in a different school. Instructor really paid attention to what we did and gave us very detailed instructions. It was also very safe, even when the wave was bigger. What is also very important, they are really fluent in English, so you can understand the instructions :)

Additional bonus: all instructors are handsome so you enjoy the beauty of surfing even more ;)

We are two girls on holiday around Bali and took our first surfing lesson a week ago somewhere else. Because we wanted to do a second one we got in touch with Lembongan surf lesson and they have been very very kind!
 We finally took our lesson this morning and had so much fun! We loved it!

We just did 2 days of intermediate green wave surfing lessons with Komo. Great spot (shipwrecks), long waves with decent power. Komo's a great surfer and instructor, informed, positions you well, answers questions in good english (you're getting more than just "paddle paddle paddle" as is often the case with local schools). WAY better deals than the nearby Monkey Surf. Good vibes overall

Our instructors have been surfing in Lembongan for all of their lives and are very experienced with the local swell, tides, and conditions. Many of our instructors have placed in the top four in multiple local surfing competitions and are fully supported by the Lembongan Surf Team. We bring learners to four surf breaks; Playgrounds, Lacerations, Razors, and Shipwrecks. At these locations, the ocean is crystal clear with good visibility of the ocean bottom.
