This option includes a 30-minute theory lesson which covers all the necessary basics of surfing, safety essentials, surf awareness, board characteristics, paddling and standing and an 1.5-hour practical lesson where the coaches will take you into the water to practice the new skills. Hopefully, you will be able to catch your first small wave.
