An eco lodge stay in Cat Tien with night safaris and forest treks
If you want a fuller Cat Tien stay, this 2D1N experience combines a peaceful ecolodge set in a 1-hectare fruit garden with both national park wildlife and local village life. Instead of just doing a quick park visit, you’ll balance forest trekking, a countryside bike ride and market stop, and a much slower night wildlife experience that lets you really pay attention to the forest.The standout part is the night safari. Most Cat Tien safaris are done by jeep, last about 1.5 hours, and can have up to around 25 guests. Here, you’ll do a 3-hour guided night walk in a much smaller group of maximum 5, which makes it quieter and better for spotting snakes, scorpions, spiders and lizards up close rather than rushing past them.Back at the lodge, the pace stays simple and local. You’ll sleep in a bungalow surrounded by fruit trees, and when the season is right, staff may show you around the garden to pick grapefruit or bananas.
