The host was absolutely lovely !! Was such a lovely experience the group was very small which was lovely - I learned a lot about coffee and we got to try lots of different coffee would recommend this!!

Huy is very knowledgable about both arabica and robusta coffee, providing lots of information about both and the different types of roasts. I was surprised by how much information there was about coffee and I will definitely take it forward back in the UK. Very high praise.

We did a tour at the Midori Coffee Farm. The tour was amazing. Very nice place, with a nice view and friendly people. We learned a lot about coffee. Only tip I have: the farm is a home stay as well, so would recommend to sleep there as well (we unfortunately didn’t know this beforehand).

Midori Farms priorities the time and effort and trial and error to perfect the their products while also maximizing every part of the bean and minimizing the ecological impact. Bonus is all the friendly cat and dogs that are permanent residents of the farm stay.

My stay at Midori was just super comfortable. They picked us up by bike from near bus station as they said, "great check in" you will have no problems even if it's your first or solò travel :) You will immediately know that they are (two doggies also :))all lovely and respectful people by their behavior to the new people. I don't understand any Vietnamese but it didnt really stop me from communicating with them through day to night. The location here is spectacular that you will see sunrise and sunset from hills and literally entire land is just a great screen for your breakfast too. I always took an hour or two just for breakfast and a cup of coffee they harvesred. If you are interested, they will show you how the coffee is made and other organic vegetables they grow in their garden. I tried so many kind of fruits which I never even seen before. Although I was sick and had to stay in bed for most of the time they understood that and cocked very healthy and delicious food for me, they even made hot ginger tea for my throat. Can't be more appriciated of whatever they offered. Overall, it was a blessing week of my stay, getting to know young and wise people and tasted a little bit about agriculture. So much thanks to Huy:) If you are a traveler who want to do everything on plans and more likely for partying, then I dont think this place suits for you. However if you know traveling is for your soul and willing to fermenting coffee and your brain, then Midori might be the choice of your Forever Vietnam :) Cheers

Dalat would have been a completely different experience if it weren't for our stay here. Huy is exceptionally friendly and makes for an interesting conversation partner. He showed us around his farm and around a neighboring tea farm and explained about the coffee industry. He prepared delicious food from fresh vegetables grown in his garden and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Remember that being a working farm amenities are basic, however Huy's hospitality, interesting conversations and surrounding landscape make for a unique experience.

A simple and peaceful place where a young farmer boy is passionate about purely natural farming. Behind the farm is very beautiful view. Ahead is a moderately low pine hill to climb to watch the sunrise. I like this place.

Huy is really easy-going, cheerful and thoughtful although he is very young. Huy showed me around his organic farming with various kinds of fruit and vegetables and then took me walking around a pretty pine hill with a spectacular view. Also, Huy has his own handmade coffee brand that I like the most! Just staying at Midori Coffee Farmstay over one day, I feel relaxing, comfortable and close to nature! This is a local farm for people who have interest in permaculture. The garden is like a forest, where you get the vegetable for your meals. Trinh took me around the garden to pick whatever i want, introduce how they grow food. So i had around 5 different food, supper fresh, and the taste is totally different from the vegetable you get from the market. This is an amazing experience for me, since it's exactly a food forest that i read about. Also the place has amazing view, exectly like the phototos, even more magnificent for sunrise. People here are interesting in a different way, the way they collect wood in the forest to cook, decorating wall by dried leaves and other stuffs. If you don't need a convenient accommodation and ready to live like a local farmer, this is the place.
