Review Body: From start to finish, one of THE best experiences our family has ever had! We saw colugos gliding from tree to tree and many more hidden gems along the route. None of this would have been possible without our amazing guide, Debra! She was patient, well-learned, has a sharp eye, and was just as excited as we were to discover nature's beauties; big and small. This is a must-do for anyone living in, or visiting, Singapore! We are SO excited to take more journeys with The Untamed Paths.

Review Body: We were lucky enough to spot a mouse deer in the forest, endemic snails, frogs and toads and even a colugo! It felt like a real adventure, trekking through the rainforest by torchlight, even though we were on an easy pathway the whole time. At the zoo the next day we saw mouse deer up close but it wasn’t as magical as watching the tiny specks of torchlight reflect off the eyes in the distance of a wild one in it’s natural habitat.

Review Body: Our guide, Wei-Sheng (apologies if incorrectly spelled) was incredibly helpful in spotting the animals and identifying many-including five colugos (including a baby carried by its mother), and an Asian palm civet, as well as many smaller animals such as toads, many scorpions (aided by a UV light) and a hammerhead flatworm. A great night walk with many interesting animals abailable to see.

Review Body: We had a great experience on the night tour. Even though we didn't get to see some of the more elusive animals we had hoped for (but obviously were not expecting to see), we were able to see some great animals at night in the wild! It is so much better to see them in their natural habitats. Our guide and spotters did a great job!

Review Body: The "Flight Of The Colugo" nature walk was really fun! Apart from colugos, we spotted a flying squirrel, an owl, scorpions, spiders, frogs, and many more. Sai was an excellent guide who shared lots of fun facts about Singapore's plants and animals. I highly recommend The Untamed Paths to anyone who loves nature and animals!

Review Body: My guide ( Noelle) was so interesting and informative. It was very exciting to learn about the jungle creatures. We saw a colugo glide and one with a tiny baby. Amazing snakes and lots of fascinating things. I recommend it if you like wildlife and take it as it comes,not expect it all to just be there.

Review Body: My guide zoey was sharp and spotted the animals very quickly - well before I saw anything. We spotted colugos, a flying squirrel, a common palm civet, a whip snake, frogs, bats, spiders….she was knowledgeable and knew her plants and animals.

Itinerary Summary: Head out to the parkland in search of colugos and other creatures of the night!
Itinerary Description: Walk in the dark with a facilitator who will teach you how to use your heightened senses to pick out insects, amphibians and other animals. Discover quirky insects, listen for frogs and learn how to spot them yourself. Learn behavioural observation and nifty bits of rainforest ecology from field experts!

Exciting nature walk with flying lemurs!
Disclaimer Please only sign up for this programme if you truly value our knowledge and expertise in the field. Wildlife can be expected, however animal sightings are not guaranteed. Come with an open mind and what we can promise is an enriching, educational and immersive experience nonetheless.What to ExpectWe often don't associate Singapore with having lots of wildlife - so it's pretty exciting that the vulnerable flying colugos (or flying lemurs) live among us! This 2 hr walk with a naturalist guide takes place at Bukit Batok Park, and is great for families with kids 6+ and up. IntroductionAt Bukit Batok Park, participants will get to encounter first-hand some of these creatures such as frogs, water snakes, crabs and colugos (a kind of furry, flying tree-dweller). They will pick up behavioural observation skills and nifty bits of rainforest ecology from field expert guides. This walk is great for kids 6 and up and their parents to see local wildlife which has adapted to an urban parkland environment. This adventure starts in the evening and lasts about 1.5-2.5 hours. Preview Link - [link removed]Important Note Do note that this is not merely a tour and active participation is encouraged to ensure a holistic experience. Come with an adventurous spirit! A slight degree of discomfort may be expected as you are walking in nature and it could be humid, but all the better for the kids to learn about the natural environment!

Dennis and his team of nature nerds are all about getting you hands-on with the wild side of Singapore. They started out just exploring for fun, but their passion for everything from tidepool critters to frogs calls became contagious.
