Meet your host
Mr. Son started his coffee journey almost by accident. Owning a coffee farm since 2005 with little experience, he unintentionally cared for his crops in a nearly organic way. In 2010, visiting coffee experts were surprised by the quality of his beans and encouraged him to develop them further. After years of learning and experimenting, he achieved a major milestone in 2013 when his coffee scored over 80 points on the SCAA scale. Beyond producing high-quality specialty coffee, Mr. Son is dedicated to fair practices—working directly with farmers, ensuring better incomes, and fostering sustainability. His efforts help bridge the gap between Vietnamese coffee growers and coffee lovers everywhere.
