Review Body: had a great time during my Maragang hike trip with KaryaTravel! the guide was super supportive! plus point- boleh tolong ambil gambar cantik and yes… bonus mark sebab hemsem hemsem guidenya bikin semangat eh haha :3 frm the start till the end of the hike, they really made sure everything went smoothly. the fee was reasonable and the breakfast after the hike? so satisfying after all the energy spent 💪🏼 if yall planning any adventurous trip around sabah, i highly recommend going with KaryaTravel. worth it!

Review Body: The trip to Maragang hill is a must do it if you are in Kota Kinabalou area. I made the sunrise hike but I think also the one during the day can be ready good. It's a tough hike 1600 long for 500 meters up. The place it's really beautiful.

Review Body: I’m giving this tour 2 stars instead of 1 because the hike itself was enjoyable and the hiking guides were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the organisation was poor from start to finish. My mum and I spent around 3 hours hiking, watching the sunrise, and enjoying the views. The other 9 hours were spent either waiting around or sitting in a car. The issues started before the tour even began. Our driver arrived around 1 hour later than the estimated pickup time. According to the itinerary, we were supposed to be the fourth pickup, but we ended up being the last. For a sunrise hike that requires being collected in the middle of the night, that extra time would have been much better spent sleeping rather than standing outside waiting. The driver also drove aggressively enough that I felt unsafe and nauseous during the journey. Once we arrived, there was more waiting around before we could start, despite already collecting our equipment. After the hike, my mum and I finished significantly faster than others in the group and then had to wait around for another three hours before leaving. There should be a better system to avoid faster hikers spending so much time waiting. We were even told we would be dropped off first on the return journey, but that didn’t happen either. There were also safety concerns. One of the headlamps provided to us didn’t work, which is unacceptable for a pre-dawn hike in complete darkness. I ended up giving my mum my headlamp and went without one myself. Spending most of a 12-hour trip waiting around was incredibly frustrating, and honestly, I’d consider it a waste of a day.

Review Body: Avoid this agency at all costs. The hike itself was beautiful, but everything else around it was a complete mess. The route is falsely advertised, it is absolutely not suitable for beginners. That alone is already misleading. What made things worse: there was a woman in our group who was clearly not physically capable of completing the hike. The agency neither checked participants beforehand nor gave any warning about the difficulty level. That’s outright negligent. The “guides” weren’t even proper guides, just locals tagging along. They should have stopped the tour for her, but didn’t. At the endpoint, we were forced to wait additionally over 3 hours in 30+°C heat for the missing group members, with zero information about what was going on. We ran out of water, and even after asking, none was provided. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, the guides barely spoke English, making communication difficult and frustrating. The driver who took us back had already been working for around 14 hours, we genuinely did not feel safe during the ride. This company is unprofessional, irresponsible, and careless. Do not book anything with them.
