We stay at this hotel for three nights, and had to say this hotel really has beautiful views from inside and out.
 Every spaces at this hotel have been carefully designed to please every guests from the lobby, jetty, pool, and other places.

Services from staffs are also the best, they love kids and always ask what my kids wanted and greet us whenever they meet us. I love anyone who love kids! Special mention to Pak Rahmat and Mas July, they really give their best to all guests, and also our room attendant, Fanti, that always look after our hydration by giving extra bottle when we ran out the previous day.
 All staffs also running covid-19 protocols consistently, but regular cleaning/sanitizing at common used properties like tables, sun loungers, and etc should be more often.

At the first two days, our breakfast were made by order, not much of a choice but taste good. At the last day of our stay, there was buffet with more choice, a wider variety but not really that much, Ayana should improve their breakfast menu in terms of variety to cater more guests taste.
 For dinner, we try to dine at both Rinca and Hon Zen, taste were good, the pricess still quiet reasonable.

For activities, we do swimming and sunset kayaking. Staff was really helpful by taking us picture using paddle board.
 Kids club is well built, but the toys should be well maintained, my kid looks for Lego but the staff tells us it was missing.
 I need to mention that being a hotel with location far from city center and no to-do-things around, hotel should have scheduled activities (paid or included) like kids activities (which I found nothing at the kids club during my stay), local culture lesson, crafting, cooking class, yoga, archery or much else to keep guest occupied.

Overall it is really great stay for me and my family, will come back for sure after this pandemic ends.

First, the hotel really saved the day for us. My wife and I flew all the way over from the US, only to find out that hotels.com had cancelled out reservation and not told us; but thats another story. Not only did Ayana find a room for us, but for less than hotels.com. The grounds of this place has amazing views at almost every point. They have almost everything you need on site. We were able to watch the fruit bats at sunset during our hotels sunset cruise. We had beachside dinners every night, actually choosing which fish, lobster, etc we wanted cooked for us. The hotel arranged a boat for us over to Komodo island, then to pink beach, padar island for some photos and few extra stops for superb snorkeling. Not to mention the reef snorkeling right in front of the hotel is still top notch. We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend to anyone.

They also prepared details decoration in our room with all beautiful flowers arrangement, decorated bath tub, and our picture in ethnic frame! Such a lovely and warm welcome.

Thank you Ayana for an amazing stay. My wife and I had the pleasure of visiting for four nights right after the resort reopened in August. The premises were immaculate. Everything was throughly clean, even our luggage was wiped down by the staff upon arrival. The view from the reception area and lounge are breathtaking. The room itself was gorgeous as well. We were on the very bottom floor and although you can technically see the ocean, the view was not that good. However, we asked if we could change to a top floor because the floors do make a lot of noise when the upstairs neighbors are walking. The staff graciously allowed us to change to the top floor of the bottom section of the buildings and what a difference in the view. Looking out and seeing the ocean and mountain and pier in full view now was amazing and so picturesque. You could even see the ocean from soaking in the bathtub. The pools were very clean and the staff was always so kind and welcoming. The only disappointment was how much I was looking forward to the food after staying at Ayana Bali last year. The buffet there was so yummy and so many options. However, not at the fault of Ayana, but rather the pandemic, we were not able to enjoy a buffet style breakfast each morning. The menu was still varied and the food was pretty good and the staff did allow you to order many items. All in all, this resort exceeded our expectations for sure. We were even allowed to have a quiet professional photo shoot by a local photographer on the premises. The staff created a gorgeous bouquet for my wife last minute from the flowers growing everywhere at the resort. What a kind gesture. For anyone considering a stay at Ayana Komodo, I would say that if you want an amazingly beautiful resort with picture perfect views and professional and accommodating staff then do not skip your chance to stay here.

Restu is always very helpful and attentive during our land trips, he suggested and took us to beautiful photo spots during our land trip. Gusti from the lifeguard always make sure we're safe during our activities. Also thanks to all friendly staff who we cannot say one by one. We were lucky to travel in Feb/low season so we got an upgrade to a deluxe room, and the standard is very high, clean, modern, great amenities, nice bathroom etc. balcony overlooking the bay and islands in front, just stunning! It was pretty quiet, so I think this was lucky as it was super relaxing during this time. Its quite remote from main town (15mins car or scooter) so it was quiet for us, not much to do except chill and relax. Perfect for us.

Staff were really friendly and welcoming, smiley and used our first names when they saw us by the pool or walking through the resort.. very sweet.

One note: the prices for food and drink are as to be expected at this type of resort, so they are not cheap, but just plan or be prepared for that :)

PERFECT service, facilities, food, view. Certainly will stay there again. About 10 minutes away from airport. You'll be amazed since your arrival. Spacious room, I love the Sensatia Botanica toiletries! Sufficient bottled water supply in room. Short boat trip to Ayana's private island but depends on sea tides. Amazing stay

 Our favorite spot was the sunbed out on the pier. The facilities are great, everything is cleaned up and the personal is super smart. Special Thanks to Gui for this nice conversation and the recommendation about local places in Luban Bajo and the islands. "Ayana Komodo" resort provides several restaurants, we always had dinner at the Rinca restaurant. The menu provides also several several vegetarian options. The service was super nice, special Thanks to Oyen and Dionesia Jesi for the nice conversations and the excellent service.
