Today you'll snorkel in crystal clear waters and see beautiful Rangko Cave

Labuan Bajo - Rangko Cave - Pulau Burung - Pulau Kelapa - Sabolo Kecil 

In the morning, snorkel at the beautiful Pulau Siaba (Turtle Bay!). 
Turtle Bay is ideal for less experienced snorkellers as the reef is quite shallow and large areas are protected from strong currents. The visibility here is great, and if you're lucky you'll spot turtles over the shallow reef. 
Head to Pulau Kelor for trekking 30-45min. 
From the top of Pulau Kelor, you'll get a panoramic view of Komodo National Park. 
Next go to Menjerite, another beautiful spot for snorkeling with clear waters and colourful fish. Then head to Pulau Abu Abu, another snorkeling site.
For sunset, the boat will sail to Pulau Kalong (Flying Foxes). 
At sunset you'll see the migration of hundreds, if not thousands of bats.

In the morning, stay around Nusa Kode which is an island paradise that's great for snorkeling
Head to Padar Island for one of the most iconic views of Komodo National park. It'll require a 20-30 minutes short but steep trek up the hilltop but it's totally worth it!
Then visit the aptly named coral hued Pink Beach. This is one of the rare pink beaches in the world. Here you can relax on the beach, swim or snorkel. 
Then trek to the North of Pink Beach to see the sunset. The trekking will take 30 minutes and show you a side of Komodo National Park that very few people get to see.

Amazing introduction to the islands
 We took a 3 night 4 day tour with Captain Komodo that I would recommend to anyone. The private room was bigger than I expected and even had its own large deck. The crew is friendly and takes you to all the best spots. 

This is definitely a trip that I would love to go on again. This is a great idea for a holiday with friends.

best boat trip I ever had
 We booked the Captain Komodo for 3 days / 2 nights to explore as many islands and snorkeling spots as possible. The crew of 7 did such an amazing job making sure we had the best time possible. Every evening after dinner we discussed the plan for the next day and always had the opportunity to adjust how long we wanted to stay where spontaneously. What really blew us away was the quality of the food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner really exceeded any of our expectations by a long shot, so don’t worry about food, you will be very well taken care of. Us 3 guys never managed to eat everything the chef served up for us. 3 days in the boat was the perfect amount of time for us. Oh and definitely do the sunrise hike on Pulau Padar, it’s absolutely worth getting up early for and was the highlight of our trip.

We had a very comfortable room with a two person bed and a nice view. The air conditioning in our room didn’t always work, but it was perfectly doable with the windows open. 
 During our trip the crew really did their best to make our stay as unforgettable as possible and often went the extra mile to have the best experience. The food was good, but recommend bringing your own drinks on board since there is only water. We had an incredible time and if we come back we would definitely book with Captain Komodo again. We have seen the other boats and they don’t look as spacious and good quality as our boat did. Thanks for the amazing trip!

 Highly recommended indeed. Lots of dodgy boats and charters around but this is not one of them. Loved the Alcira. Not luxurious but a superb top deck with bean bags and cabins fine. Food surprisingly good. Sebastian communicated promptly and helped us find a photographer. The boat crew all brilliant. They all seemed to be enjoying your job and had fun with us too jumping and diving off the boat. Stunningly beautiful part of the world and lucky to see dolphins, turtles and swim with manta rays. For us 3 days was perfect. In addition, one the best value for money trips I've had in Indonesia. Moreover, I know all my family will still be talking about this trip for many years to come.

The crew on board was super friendly and Adi showed us around on the different islands. There was a beautiful view and air condition. 

I recommend this experience to everyone, its feels a little bit like camping (there is no luxury), but you will never forget these moments. We saw thousands of bats, manta's, komodo dragons and a couple of turtles. During our trip we saw many other boat companies and Captain Komodo's boat was way better quality and bigger then those. It's important to choose a good company, because you don't want to be stranded in on sea.

 What a great time we had on the Alcira, sailing through and exploring the Komodo Islands.

The crew (Adi and the team) did an absolutely brilliant job of looking after us during the three days we were on board. Their professional and caring approach, coupled with their fun attitude, was exactly what was needed to turn what would have been a good experience in any case (how could you not enjoy being in the Komodo Islands?), into a truly great experience. 

There weren’t a lot of boats around in early January, but the ones we did moor close to at various times just didn’t seem to be of the same quality and design as the Alcira and definitely did not seem to have the same atmosphere that our crew were able to provide. The Alcira is also a very aesthetically pleasing vessel which blends so much better into the environment than any other boat we saw. We came away each time more convinced that we had made the right call in booking with Captain Komodo.

I cannot recommend a trip on the Alcira highly enough.

Absolutely amazing!!!
 I spent 18 days in Indonesia with my wife and another couple, and I can say that the BEST days of the trip were the 3 days with Captain Komodo! 
 At first, we were skeptical about the boat, how the food would be, if we would be comfortable or not...and all our worries disappeared right away!
 The crew was awesome the whole trip, very polite and attentive. The food is just GREAT! One of the crew members is a chef and cooked fresh food on all meals (my wife is vegetarian and was delighted with the dishes and options, no worries at all here for all the vegan/vegetarians).
 The room is comfortable and even the fact that there’s no hot water puts a charm on the trip. The weather is hot and humid and those cold and fresh showers feel great!
 The owner of the boat, Sebastian, was with us during our trip and we were very lucky to have him. Such a nice guy, with many stories and useful information for the curious ones like me. He guided us on the islands and is very knowledgeable about the area. 
 The nature around us was the most amazing thing! We saw turtles, wild buffalos, deers, colorful corals, huge komodo dragons...Swimming with manta rays was definitely the highlight of the trip. 
 If you are going to Indonesia, three or four days with them is a MUST! 
 And do a good research before choosing the company, because we saw some boats around us with terrible space and weird structures. 
 I will definitely come back here with my parents and friends another time!

 We booked a 4D3N private tour with Captain Komodo. The crews were very accommodative and dedicated. Throughout the trip, we're just travel at our own pace, no rush at all as the crews gave us sufficient time to enjoy all the spots and even waited the crowd to leave so that we can have little private time at the island. Water flowed into my mask during snorkelling which stopped me from breathing, the crew came from the boat immediately after the guide called him from far. The alertness of the crews make us feel secured and we believe this is very important for customer's safety. The food was so great, we have 4 dishes and fruits for all the meals. 

The only setback is that there's not water heater and hairdryer on the boat. Some of the facilities need to be repaired for better customer experience. 

Overall, we had a good experience travelling with Captain Komodo. We would like to thank all the crews for taking very good care of us. Crews play a very important role in the experience of the trip. We really appreciate it and will definitely recommend to others.

Great experience!
 Had a fantastic time on Captain Komodo! We had 2 families with 5 young children ages ranging from 11 months to 6 yrs, and the crew were very accommodating. The chef was great, cooking delicious fresh food every meal and even prepared a split dinner with kids dinner earlier so we could get them to bed. The adventures were awesome! They included hiking, komodo dragons, snorkeling with mantas and turtles. We opted for the 4 day cruise and got to swim in a natural pool inside rangko cave... we also had plenty of relaxation time on the boat as we traveled between islands. Will recommend this experience to anyone!

The chef was great, cooking delicious fresh food every meal and even prepared a split dinner with kids dinner earlier so we could get them to bed. The adventures were awesome! They included hiking, komodo dragons, snorkeling with mantas and turtles. We opted for the 4 day cruise and got to swim in a natural pool inside rangko cave... we also had plenty of relaxation time on the boat as we traveled between islands. Will recommend this experience to anyone!

genuine adventure
 have just returned from a 4 day trip aboard captain komodo and have to say it has been the absolute highlight of the past year we have spend in indonesia. 
 the cabins were really comfortable and the boat itself very spacious and the food was amazing and plentiful. 
 we were 2 families with 5 young children and the crew (including the owner who joined us on the trip) could not have been more accommodating. 
 it truly was a once in a lifetime experience and we were constantly amazed at how much was packed into each day. short but rewarding treks, pristine beaches, giant lizards, snorkeling, open ocean swimming and simply breathtaking scenery as well as plenty of time to relax as the boat cruised from location to location. 
 if possible, take the 3 night/4 day option so you can visit the underground swimming pool cave on the final day...an incredible experience. 
 all in all, i cannot recommend Captain Komodo highly enough.

Great 3 days and nights on board
 Had a fantastic trip with Captain Komodo as a family trip with young children. Nice boat, friendly crew and spectacular trips. Some hiking, lots of snorkeling and swimming. The food on board is always plenty and freshly prepared. Highly recommend

The greatest thing is it has solar panel so you won't be worried about charging your phone to keep you update about the greatest view n the adventure you had.. And it has AC too in every cabins.. 
 The staffs were very helpful, funny and friendly… they cook good food too.. 
 Don't worry about taking your heavy snorkeling gear, they lend you for free full face mask, includes the fins and life jacket..

I joined the trip with Captain Komodo last august with my best friends and it was such an unforgettable fun trip... the boat is great and comfy.. The greatest thing is it has solar panel so you won't be worried about charging your phone to keep you update about the greatest view n the adventure you had.. And it has AC too in every cabins.. 
The staffs were very helpful, funny and friendly… they cook good food too.. 
Don't worry about taking your heavy snorkeling gear, they lend you for free full face mask, includes the fins and life jacket..

 I joined the trip with Captain Komodo last year and it was such an unforgettable trip... the boat is comfortable and beautiful. It has 4 cabins each with AC, there were 12 of us on the trip and all can sleep comfortably…
 The staffs were very helpful, and friendly… foods were amazing... they also offers free snorkeling gear some with full face mask… We did the 3 days and 2 night trips and wish we could do the longer one… 
 We really enjoy the trip and will definitely go with Captain Komodo again for our next trip…
