Spot dozens of turtles in their natural habitat!
The Gilis are not exactly a hidden gem, but the turtle life around here is next level, so we thought it's still very much worth heading for a snorkel 🐢.Departing from Gili Trawangan, you'll first head for the fabled "Nest", an eco friendly installation meant to promote coral growth, which also means it attracts a lot of colorful marine life. The photos op here can be amazing. Do expect some crowds and if it's not your thing you can choose to fast forward.In our opinion the best spot is Turtle Point where you get to see dozens and dozens of turtles living their best lives.
