    CHANGES TO ITINERARY: We reserve the right to make changes to any published itinerary or charter content without notice if sea or weather conditions require such changes to be made. In the event of adverse weather conditions necessitating the cancellation of a scheduled dive trip by the dive operator, customers have the option to reschedule their dive or receive a refund. However, if weather conditions are safe for diving, irrespective of rain or shine, the dive trip will proceed as planned, and customers are not permitted to cancel their participation.
