Highlights
This is a private guided forest bathing session, perfect for anyone looking to de-stress and recharge. Forest Bathing is a Japanese mindfulness practice of 'bathing' your senses in nature. During this 1.5-2 hour guided forest bathing session, you will learn techniques to help you focus, re-connect with the natural world, and return to ease. Option DetailsWhen we've been busy at work all week, it's hard to slow down - even moments of quiet are replaced with social media and Netflix. By taking two hours out to walk with a certified nature and forest therapy guide, you will naturally slow down and return to a rhythm that our bodies and minds know. Your guide will curate and facilitate the entire forest bathing experience so that you return to ease, re-connect with the natural world, and revitalise your senses literally and figuratively.Forest Bathing (shinrin-yoku) is a Japanese practice of 'bathing' your senses in nature and the environment around you. Or simply, taking the forest through our senses to bridge the gap between ourselves and nature. This is not a hike and not a typical naturalist walk, but a sensory-focused journey that rejuvenates your mind, body and spirit.Time & LocationsThis private session will vary between 1.5 - 2.5 hour depending on the group size. Hi Reda, thank you for contacting Seek Sophie :)
I'm adding the wet weather policy from the listing for your ease of reference:
"Kindly note, for wet weather, the forest therapy guide holds the final decision. In case of light rain, the session will proceed. In case of a thunderstorm, the session will be delayed. If it is not possible to delay, the session will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date and time later. No refunds will be provided."
